FTEC

**PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP**

While part of FTEC, you fall under the 27 SOFSS. Your leadership/supervision will consist of the
FTEC NCOIC and Development Advisor. You will be released back to your duty section after you have completed FTEC. Please note that you officially belong to FTEC during your assigned days.

You will report to FTEC in person to Bldg. 1225 NLT 0800 hrs (PDC/FTEC entrance on SE side of Pecos trail dining facility). The schedule you will receive includes all training, uniform requirements, and daily report times that will apply during your assignment to FTEC.

DAY 1 will be OCPs with a dress and appearance review in the morning and Official AF PT Gear in the afternoon.

You will have a Full Service Blues Inspection on Friday. Uniform MUST pass an inspection.

NO Appointments will be tolerated.

Failure to complete all mandatory briefings will result in them being made up in the next available class.

Airmanship SNCO Foundations 700

8 hrs

The SNCO Foundations Course 700 replaces the base leverl SNCO Professional Enhancement Seminar and will be a prerequisite for the Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy. This course provides students with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to develop, advise and lead teams successfully and facilitates technical expertise for transitioning from first-line supervisors and trainers to leaders of teams. The SNCOFC 700 assists students in engaging in strategic leadership at the 9-skill level, offering a rich arsenal of influence tactics for changing people's viewpoints and behaviors. It assists students in learning how to build and maintain social relationships to maximize their informal power and influence in an organization. The course goes beyond managing into a proactive stance that will take the organization forward.
